RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns and refunds will be handled on an individual basis. We will accept returns on unopened and unused products in its original packaging-- if it has been in your mouth, it is considered used and unsellable, and we will not be able to accept it. There are certain situations where no/partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Kanger Returns & Warranty:
Once your item has been received and inspected, I will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is in its original packaging and undamaged, your return will be approved. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days. If you have not received a refund yet, first check with your bank account, then contact your credit card company-- it may take some time before your refund is posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the credit is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are damaged in shipment or if we have shipped the incorrect item. If you need to exchange your item for the same item or the correct item, send us an email at email@example.com for further instructions.
Prior to returning your item please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying returned freight unless it is our error or we have agreed to pay for your freight before you ship. If you receive a refund the cost to return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This only applies if we have not made an error. Depending on where you live the time it takes to do an exchange will vary. We will send your exchange back through USPS tracked shipping. If you are returning something to us please use USPS First Class Mail (parcel post) as it provides you tracking information at the lowest cost. If you are sending something that has more than $50.00 in value we suggest you insure your package. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
